About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll play an essential role in delivering fresh, high-quality meals that keep our guests coming back.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook dishes following our recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
  • Assist with meal prep and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Work with fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service during busy shifts.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Support with cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
  • Help onboard and guide new team members when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and safe handling procedures.
  • Ability to stay focused and efficient under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills.
