We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors (NDs), and Osteopathic Manual Practitioners to join our growing multidisciplinary wellness team.

Our clinic specializes in women's health, fertility & pregnancy, holistic beauty, orthopedic care, and general wellness—offering a warm, collaborative space for both patients and practitioners.

Whether your passion is manual therapy, musculoskeletal health, hormonal balance, prenatal care, performance & recovery, or holistic wellbeing, you'll be working alongside a team of acupuncture and integrative health professionals in a beautifully designed, supportive environment.

Naturopathic Doctor (ND) Focus Areas

• Hormonal health: fertility, menstrual conditions, menopause
• Digestive health
• Functional lab testing
• Supplement/herbal protocols
• Cosmetic or integrative therapies (optional)

General Duties (all positions)

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with our holistic philosophy
• Maintain accurate and confidential treatment notes
• Uphold clinic cleanliness, professionalism, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Educate patients on ongoing care and integrative wellness strategies
• Engage in continuing education and best practices within your discipline

Requirements (role-specific)RMT

• Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
• Professional liability insurance

Chiropractor

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)
• Professional liability insurance

Naturopathic Doctor

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO)
• Prescribing license (an asset but not required)

Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

• Graduate of a recognized osteopathic manual therapy program
• Insurance-recognizable designation

For All Practitioners

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for integrative, collaborative care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in women's health, holistic beauty, or rehabilitation is an asset
• A positive online/social media presence is a bonus (not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $68.00-$160.02 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
