One Peace Therapy is a private clinic dedicated to providing holistic healthcare services, including (currently) psychotherapy and nutrition, to individuals (10+), couples, and families across Canada. Our mission is to support BIPOC clients in navigating their physical and mental well-being by integrating a whole-body approach to healing. We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where clients can thrive.

Your Role:

As a Naturopathic Doctor with One Peace Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough, client-centred assessments and treatment plans.
• Offer holistic, evidence-informed naturopathic care to individuals.
• Collaborate with therapists and health practitioners when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provide education and strategies that support clients' physical and emotional well-being.
• Partial self-marketing and collaboration in caseload building.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Educate clients on preventive care and wellness practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) or from a related accredited institution.
• Professional liability insurance.
• VIT certification and acupuncture license (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in trauma-informed care is an asset.
• Passion for holistic and integrative wellness.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
