The Account Executive role is a combination of sales activities and customer relationship management. Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll be responsible for both growing existing business and closing new programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands. A successful AE must have a clear understanding of the client's long-term business objectives and seek partnership opportunities to further grow the client's business with StackAdapt. You'll work closely with StackAdapt Account Managers to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationships.

StackAdapt is a remote first company, however our Sales teams are regionalized. This role is open
bilingual French and English candidates currently living in Quebec, Canada.
We will be prioritizing candidates located in the Greater Montreal Area.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying, pitching, and closing platform sales deals with local agencies and brands
  • Working closely with management/product teams to get products specified and built
  • Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities
  • Working with your dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationships

What You'll Bring To The Table

  • 2+ years sales experience within digital advertising - programmatic is a plus
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required at a business level. Candidate assessments will include interviews conducted in both languages.
  • Utilized various CRM tools to build a robust pipeline and ensured ongoing client satisfaction, renewal and opportunity discovery
  • Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business
  • Track record of success in a quota carrying environment
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge to executive level prospects
  • Willing to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region

Le rôle de Responsable de compte combine des activités de vente et de gestion de la relation client. Relevant du directeur des ventes, vous serez responsable à la fois de développer les comptes existants et de générer de nouveaux revenus publicitaires programmatiques auprès d'agences et de marques. Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devrez comprendre clairement les objectifs d'affaires à long terme de vos clients et identifier des opportunités de partenariat afin de faire croître leur collaboration avec StackAdapt.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Responsable de compte afin de développer et retenir les comptes existants, en présentant de nouvelles stratégies de campagne, des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients et en bâtissant des relations solides.

StackAdapt adopte un modèle de travail principalement à distance, mais nous recrutons régionalement pour ce type de poste. Ce rôle est ouvert aux candidat(e)s bilingues français et anglais résidant actuellement au Québec, Canada. Nous accorderons une priorité aux candidat(e)s situés dans la grande région de Montréal.

Ce Que Vous Ferez

  • Repérer de nouvelles opportunités, approcher des agences et des marques locales et conclure des ententes d'utilisation de la plateforme.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour définir et développer les produits.
  • Gérer les relations avec les clients existants et identifier les occasions de croissance.
  • En collaboration avec votre gestionnaire de compte StackAdapt attitré, développer et fidéliser les comptes clients en présentant de nouvelles stratégies et solutions de campagne, et en établissant des relations solides.

Votre Expérience

  • Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en ventes de publicité numérique — une expérience en programmatique est un atout important.
  • Bilinguisme de niveau professionnel (français et anglais, oral et écrit). Le processus d'entrevue se déroulera dans les deux langues.
  • Connaissance et aisance avec les outils CRM (bases de données, gestion du pipeline, suivi des opportunités, etc.).
  • Aptitude éprouvée à élaborer des présentations de vente, appuyées par la recherche nécessaire, afin de soutenir la conclusion de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires.
  • Capacité démontrée d'atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs de vente et de gérer un portefeuille de comptes représentant plusieurs millions de dollars.
  • Capacité à vulgariser des notions techniques et à présenter clairement les fonctionnalités de la plateforme à des prospects de niveau exécutif.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels afin de rencontrer des clients et renforcer les relations dans la région assignée.
