Job responsibilities:
- Receive parts by following established processes
- Effectively stock and manage inventory
- Ship parts with accuracy and within established order fulfillment timelines
- Help load and unload delivery vans safely
- Establish rapport with customers in person; listen and ask questions that help to specify the needed parts and any related parts that may be required by the customer
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor regarding parts availability and order status
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Experience – Must Haves:
- Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
- Parts background and/or knowledge preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor level and able to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with clean driving record; Driver's abstract required
Work Schedule:
- Part-Time, estimated 30 hours a week
- Shifts can be scheduled between Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 3:00PM
