Our client is looking for a
Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Salary:
$55–70K (higher end for certified candidates, benefits experience &
French bilingual
)

Hybrid:
2 days in-office (must be local to Brampton/Mississauga)

What you'll do:


• Support payroll (80% ADP, 20% manual)


• Administer and manage employee benefits (Manulife, Workforce One)


• Lead benefits onboarding, rollouts & employee education


• Create benefits newsletters & host webinars


• Be a go-to resource for payroll & benefits questions

What we're looking for:


• 1–2+ direct payroll experience (ADP required)


• Payroll certification is a plus


• Strong communication, organization & presentation skills


• Detail-oriented, numbers-driven & ambitious
