Summary

We are seeking a Coach to join our team at Dogtopia. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising playtime and ensuring a safe and fun environment for the dogs in our care. Your passion for dogs and commitment to their well-being will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for both pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise dog playgroups to ensure safety and positive interactions among dogs.
  • Engage with dogs through play, exercise, and training activities.
  • Monitor the health and behavior of dogs during daycare sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with pet parents about their dog's day and any concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility.
  • Provide excellent customer service to pet parents during drop-off and pick-up.

Requirements

  • Experience working with dogs or in a pet care environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as required for the role.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact positively with pet parents.
  • Passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing exceptional care.
