We are looking for a self-driven & dependable Location Supervisor/ Manager to lead our Staff to prep and serve food quickly and deliver delightful.

This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing restaurant, work with the founders closely, and play an important role in early stage at our 1st location, with vision for franchise expansion.

General Responsibilities:

  • Improve & Maintain high Customer Satisfaction ratings & Fast prep. times
  • Be a hands-on manager: work with the staff and lead by example
  • Resolve customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Manage crew breaks, shift changes and schedules
  • Checking for inventory levels
  • Be Consistent: ensure all food orders are prepared to Major Joy's standards
  • Always arriving in full uniform and be ready to serve guests & lead crew upon your scheduled time
  • Nurture an environment of friendliness and positivity with Staff
  • Keep your work station organized and clean which includes sanitizing, cleaning, and disinfecting procedures and general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Follow daily restaurant cleaning checklists
  • Frying Chicken & other food items
  • Ability to lift objects between lbs, work in a fast paced and demanding environment while standing on your feet for long periods of time
  • Be proactive in your shift for setting up the team for success (i.e. stocking, cleaning, etc.)
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance of cooking surfaces and restaurant equipment
  • Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
