Truck Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the evaluation and prioritization of projects to ensure timely completion.
- Manage the procurement of parts and materials, ensuring availability for all scheduled work.
- Coordinate and schedule manpower and resources effectively to meet operational demands.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems.
- Solid mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Experience in leading a team, with a focus on resource management and performance improvement.
- Commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
- Posses a Mechanical Trade Certificate or Engineering Technology Diploma

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$87,000.00 per year

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:
- Supervising: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 3 or 1 License (required)
- Journeyman Welder Certification (preferred)
- Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification (preferred)
