Truck Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the evaluation and prioritization of projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage the procurement of parts and materials, ensuring availability for all scheduled work.
  • Coordinate and schedule manpower and resources effectively to meet operational demands.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Experience in leading a team, with a focus on resource management and performance improvement.
  • Commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
  • Posses a Mechanical Trade Certificate or Engineering Technology Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$87,000.00 per year

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

  • Supervising: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class 3 or 1 License (required)
  • Journeyman Welder Certification (preferred)
  • Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification (preferred)
