**Go Powder Inc. Coatings Shop Supervisor**

We are looking for a key member to join our team and take on the role of the Go Powder Inc. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Overtime will be required as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with our customers to ensure their needs are taken care of in a timely manner
- Ensure Quality Control is maintained as per company specifications
- Conduct outside sales to grow customer base, driving production and increased revenues
- Manage and lead a crew of up to 6 technicians
- Provide training and mentorship for new employees to bring them up to speed as quickly as possible while diligently following all safety protocols
- Generate customer work orders and share workflow with the team
- Coordinate material flow through for all jobs from start to finish
- Order materials as needed to ensure adequate stock is on hand and project deadlines are achieved
- Conduct job costing assessments using internal excel templates
- Ensure all equipment is monitored and maintenance items are kept current as part of our preventive maintenance program
- Maintain a safe work environment through education, monthly safety meetings, daily pre-job meetings, development, and revisions of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)

**Qualifications**:

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated previous operations or leadership role(s) required
- Be able to multitask in a high-volume work environment
- Strong trouble shooting skills a must
- Be well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Have previous experience for billing and the generation of purchase orders
- Must have a clean class 5 driver’s license and capable of operating up to a 5T truck
- Must have forklift experience

**Remuneration**:

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
