Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) professionnel(le) en santé mentale compétent(e) et empathique (travailleur(se) social(e), psychothérapeute, psychologue, conseiller(ère)) pour se joindre à notre équipe. La personne idéale possède une expérience en intervention psychosociale ou en santé mentale et offre une certaine disponibilité en présentiel, puisque la demande pour les rencontres en personne est actuellement en hausse.
Responsabilités principales
- Offrir des suivis individuels, avec possibilité d'animer des rencontres de couple ou de groupe.
- Élaborer des plans d'intervention personnalisés selon les besoins des clients.
- Assurer l'intervention et le soutien en situation de crise.
- Tenir des dossiers cliniques exacts et confidentiels.
- Maintenir ses connaissances à jour quant aux meilleures pratiques et à la formation continue.
Exigences
- Maîtrise en psychologie, en travail social ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Permis ou reconnaissance professionnelle valide au Québec, Canada.
- Minimum de trois ans d'expérience en milieu clinique.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome.
- Expérience en trauma (un atout).
- Bilinguisme français-anglais (un atout).

Nous faisons de notre mieux pour respecter les champs d'intérêt et les spécialités de chacun(e), puisque les demandes varient grandement selon les clientèles et les besoins.
Bien que chacun(e) exerce en pratique privée de façon autonome, nous accordons une grande importance à la collaboration et au soutien mutuel au sein de l'équipe.
Nos bureaux sont entièrement meublés et conçus pour offrir un environnement calme et professionnel, autant pour les client(e)s que pour les clinicien(ne)s. Et à l'occasion, il se peut même que vous soyez accueilli(e) par le chien de la propriétaire de la clinique, Ralph.

ENGLISH:
We're seeking a compassionate, skilled mental health professional (social work, psychotherapist, psychologist, counsellor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health/psychosocial counselling and will have some in-person availability, as we currently have an increased demand for in-person sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions, with the option of providing couples or group counselling
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in the field.
Eligibility
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social work, or a related field.
- Valid licensure or certification in Quebec, Canada.
- Minimum 3-year experience in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience working with trauma (an asset)
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset)
What we offer
At Reframe, our clinicians have complete control over their schedules, with the option of working both in-person and remote. We do our best to work within clinicians' specialities, as we receive a range of requests and client needs vary significantly. Although we each practice independently, we place strong value on collaboration and mutual support.
Our offices are fully furnished, designed to provide a calm, professional environment for both clients and clinicians. And sometimes we're even greeted by the clinic owner's dog, Ralph.
