Job Title: Mental Health Therapist (Contract Position)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychologists, Provisional Registered Psychologists, MCSWs, and Canadian Certified Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and/or adults, focusing on their mental, and emotional health. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional, and relational needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
  • Provide individual counseling services to clients using evidence-based modalities.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, counselling, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure in one of the categories mentioned above.
  • Training in one or more evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the mental health field.
  • Experience working with couples, is an asset.
  • Specialized training in trauma-focused therapy.
  • A strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that emphasizes building safe, supportive connections.
  • Professional liability insurance.
