Toronto, Ontario, Canada Natureland Music Full time

Natureland Music is looking for a highly organized
Day-to-Day Manager
to work closely with our CEO and support a growing roster of alternative, developing artists.

This is a hands-on, artist-facing role for someone who wants a real path into artist management. We're a boutique, independent company. If you love being the right hand and helping turn plans into reality, you'll fit right in.

About the Role

You'll work directly with the CEO to keep artists and the company organized & on schedule. Perfect for someone with experience in music, live events, or artist support who's ready to step properly into management. You don't need a stacked resumé  - but you do need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has
    1–3 years of experience
in the music industry (management company, label, live/events, marketing, or similar)
  • Is deeply familiar with
alternative, heavy, and left-of-center artists and scenes
  • Is extremely organized and good at keeping track of lots of small but important details
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with artists and industry partners
  • Can manage shifting priorities without dropping the ball
  • Is willing to work behind the scenes to make artists' lives easier
  • Wants to grow long-term in
    artist management and development

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Tour logistics or advancing shows
  • Release rollouts or digital marketing campaigns
  • Merch coordination
  • Proficient with Canva, Google Sheets, Asana.

Responsibilities

You'll support day-to-day management across several artists. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a
    key day-to-day contact
between artists and the wider team
  • Helping manage artist schedules, deadlines, and priorities
  • Coordinating communication with booking agents, publicists, labels, distributors, and other partners
  • Tracking timelines for
releases, tours, marketing campaigns, and content rollouts
  • Assisting with tour logistics including holds, routing conversations, basic advancing support, and merch coordination
  • Supporting release campaigns by helping gather assets, organize information, and keep partners on schedule
  • Sitting in on calls and meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items
  • Keeping internal files, calendars, budgets, and project trackers up to date
  • Handling general admin like travel coordination, document organization, and ongoing correspondence
  • Overseeing SOCAN registrations and making sure works are properly logged
  • Supporting neighbouring rights administration at a basic level
  • Tracking grant and funding deadlines so key opportunities don't get missed

We work closely with our artists across
creative direction, touring strategy, releases, and long-term career building
. This role is about being part of that foundation - helping developing artists level up with the right structure and support behind them.

You won't just be watching from the sidelines. You'll be in the mix, learning fast, and playing a real part in helping great artists build lasting careers. Must be willing to travel.
