Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga and/or Fitness Instructor to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will lead engaging yoga/fitness classes, promote a positive and inclusive environment to help our patients achieve their health and mindfulness goals. This role offers an opportunity to inspire others through the practice of movement, fostering physical well-being and mind-body connection. The Instructor will be responsible for designing class sequences, demonstrating poses & movements, all while provide personalized guidance to students of all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead group classes tailored to various skill levels and age groups
  • Demonstrate proper techniques and alignment for all poses
  • Create a welcoming, safe, and motivating environment for participants
  • Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs
  • Educate students on breathing techniques, mindfulness, and wellness principles
  • Maintain class schedules and ensure timely start and end times
  • Foster positive communication with patients to enhance their experience
  • Assist with special workshops or wellness events as needed
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the gym space
