Our newest location in Hintonburg is now open, and we're seeking a dedicated Studio Manager to lead our wellness hub — which includes a Yoga Studio, Cryotherapy services, and an Açaí store (Berry Ola).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Yoga Studio, Cryo services, and Açaí store.
  • Manage, schedule, and support instructors, sales staff, and service team members.
  • Drive membership sales, client retention, and community engagement.
  • Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
  • Handle budgeting, reporting, and administrative duties.
  • Develop local marketing initiatives and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism, wellness, and positivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience (yoga, fitness, wellness, or hospitality).
  • Yoga background (certification and/or hands-on experience highly preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Sales and customer service experience required.
  • Committed, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • CPR certification (preferred).
