About DNM Group

At DNM Group, we're redefining the future of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and construction services through innovation, collaboration, and integrity. With specialized divisions in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing, as well as a dedicated Property Group—DNM delivers fully integrated solutions that strengthen communities, empower people, and create lasting value. As we enter an exciting new phase of growth and transformation, DNM is modernizing systems, optimizing structure, and building a sustainable foundation for long-term success.

As part of this evolution, we're seeking a skilled Asset & Facilities Manager to oversee our group-wide asset portfolio—spanning facilities, equipment, and fleet management across all divisions.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the VP of Shared Services, the Asset & Facilities Manager will play a key strategic and operational role in managing and optimizing DNM's physical assets. This includes responsibility for all company facilities, heavy-duty equipment, service vehicles, and tools.

You'll be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive asset management systems and maintenance programs, ensuring maximum utilization, longevity, and return on investment. You will also play a central role in our new property division, helping to establish facility management standards across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee an integrated asset and fleet management system across all DNM divisions.
  • Manage the maintenance, repair, and lifecycle planning of all heavy equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and safety standards are met for all equipment and sites.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams to track and optimize asset performance and utilization.
  • Establish and monitor preventative maintenance programs and cost-control measures.
  • Lead procurement, leasing, and disposal of assets in alignment with financial and operational goals.
  • Manage facility operations including maintenance contracts, capital improvements, and property services.
  • Support the implementation of asset tracking and reporting systems integrated with our financial platforms.
  • Contribute to sustainability and efficiency initiatives related to energy use, fleet optimization, and equipment lifecycle management.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in asset, fleet, or facilities management, ideally within construction, industrial, or service-based environments.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance systems, fleet operations, and facility management practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with asset tracking systems and integration with financial or ERP platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and enforce maintenance programs and asset control policies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • A diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Why Join DNM

  • An opportunity to play a key leadership role in a fast-growing, diversified company.
  • A collaborative environment where innovation, accountability, and operational excellence are valued.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
