Pet Sitter – In-Home & Drop-In Services

Pay: CA$18.60 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Location: In-person (London, ON) ** North East, North West, South East, Central London Location needed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Pet Sitter, you'll provide in-home pet care while clients are away—ensuring pets feel safe, loved, and well looked after. This includes drop-in visits, walks, and overnight in-home stays.

Responsibilities

  • Feed, walk, and administer medications as needed
  • Provide overnight in-home stays when scheduled
  • Keep pet environments clean and safe
  • Play, exercise, and engage with pets to support their well-being
  • Monitor behavior and health, and report concerns to our office
  • Follow care routines and special instructions from pet pawrents
  • Handle pets confidently and safely, using proper restraint when needed
  • Communicate kindly and clearly with clients about their pets

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in dog handling
  • Knowledge of animal handling and care
  • Previous pet sitting or animal care experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
  • A genuine love for animals and commitment to their care
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for in-home stays
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (required)
  • Proof of liability insurance (required)
  • Clear police background check (required)
