- Understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, professional regulation, and health-sector dynamics.
- Strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to align communications and engagement with organizational and member priorities.
- Experience with media relations, crisis communications, and government relations or advocacy.
· Open to learning and adopting AI-driven tools and technologies as they evolve, with a focus on ethical and effective use.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
- Degree in communications, public relations, health policy, public health, or related field; master's preferred. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Proficiency in a MS Office environment, including SharePoint.
- Ability to thrive and contribute to a period of transition involving new technology implementation, training, and process refinement.
- Knowledge of diagnostic imaging or sonography is desirable.
Why This Role Matters
