Westland Insurance Group Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive, Private Client Services in Burlington, ON. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key clients understanding their unique needs and delivering customized insurance solutions.  Are you a results-driven person who also loves providing exceptional client service? Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.  

Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

  • 5+ years experience in high-net-worth or private client services, or 10+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, with a willingness to learn private client services
  • RIBO License 
  • Bonus Working towards or completion of the CAIB / CIP designation

Once here, you'll:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients, ensuring personalized service, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Deliver extraordinary value to our clients by assessing client exposures, advising on tailored insurance solutions, and clearly communicating why recommended coverage is the best fit.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving new business targets, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.  Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver cohesive and comprehensive service to shared clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to coverage, billing, claims and other service needs, maintaining high service standards and quick turnaround times.
  • Identify and cultivate new business through strategic networking, community involvement, and generating internal referrals.
  • Continuously upgrade product and market knowledge to stay informed of evolving insurance solutions and provide expert-level advice to clients.
  • Engage in networking events, industry conferences, and client seminars to boost your professional presence and expertise.
