We are needing to add a Journeyman or 4th Year Technician to our Team. Journeyman pay is based on a flat rate amount plus bonuses. Your first 3 months would have a guarantee allowing you to adjust to our systems and processes.

At Sandy Lane Auto West we do everything from service and maintenance/tires to computer diagnostics and programing. We stay current by engaging in the newest training and equipment.

Responsibilities would entail:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various automotive systems, utilizing hand and power tools effectively.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Assist in heavy lifting and assembly tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining repair processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and utilize schematics for complex repairs.
  • Stay updated on automotive technology and dealership practices.
