Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Calgary, AB. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff schedules, and handle inventory management. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring retail loss prevention is effectively managed.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Store Management experience
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Calgary, AB
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset
  • Experience in retail or fashion industry is advantageous
