Job Description

This is a regular full-time position and is located in Calgary AB.

  • Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service   
  • Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales   
  • Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals  
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy. 

Salary range: $63,000- $76,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Previous retail or management experience (automotive industry an asset)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • Valid driver's license
  • Vehicle parts knowledge (asset)
