The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Leadership team, the Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting national accounts, managing order flow, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations. While primarily office-based, the role includes meaningful interaction with customers and internal teams and offers exposure to account management and sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with order entry, pricing, product availability, and customer inquiries

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication

Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to support order fulfillment

Assist with sales reporting, account documentation, and CRM updates

Help prepare quotes, sales materials, and internal documentation

Must have experience working with multiple products.

Contribute to continuous improvement of internal sales processes and customer experience

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support within a B2B environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office

Experience in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or import/export environment
