The Opportunity
Lead a small portfolio of clients and support our senior strata managers and accounting team. With mentorship and training, you'll grow in knowledge and responsibility as you progress toward becoming a fully licensed strata manager. Successful strata managers are proactive problem‑solvers who stay calm under pressure, blend diplomacy with firm accountability, communicate transparently, and continuously seek better ways to serve their communities.
What You'll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for a small portfolio of strata corporations.
- Prepare meeting packages—agendas, minutes, and support material—for council and general meetings.
- Coordinate bylaw enforcement and help resolve community issues promptly.
- Manage day‑to‑day maintenance: log requests, secure quotes, schedule contractors, and track completion.
- Draft and distribute notices to owners and residents.
- Prepare statutory Forms B & F and liaise with admin/finance on fees and filings.
- Coordinate annual insurance renewals and appraisals.
- Maintain accurate strata records.
- Support smooth office operations with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience as an Assistant Strata Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Bonus: Licensed for Strata Management by the BCFSA
- Strong competence in written and oral English
- Excellent basic computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Able to work outside of regular business hours occasionally
- Basic understanding of financial statements preferred
- Able to organize and follow up with tasks and schedules
