OTT Pay Inc. is seeking an experienced Investment and Financing Manager to provide leadership in the Investment & Financing Division focusing on financial planning, analysis, capital management and investor relations.
Duties:
- Plan, organize and lead the Investment and Financing Division;
- Establish internal policies and procedures for investment and financing activities;
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's objectives;
- Supervise and manage investment teams to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, assess potential returns and risks, conduct financial and legal due diligence on potential investment gargets;
- Plan and execute financing strategies including debt and equity management;
- Manage capital budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Oversee debt management;
- Identify and mitigate financial risks;
- Prepare financial and investment reports for senior leadership;
- Manage investor relations;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations;
- Hire, supervise and mentor key personnel of the division.
Qualifications required:
- Five or more years of related leadership experience;
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field;
- Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of capital markets, financing instruments and investment evaluation;
- Ability to interpret large financial datasets with precision;
- Experience in stress testing and downside risk analysis;
- Familiarity with investment appraisal methods such as NPV, IRR, Payback or WACC; and valuation techniques;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong ethical judgment and responsibility for large financial decisions;
- Continuous learning mindset to stay current with financial markets and regulations.
Classification: Full-time,35 hours per week
Salary and benefits:

Pay: $116,500.00 per year
