We are looking for a
finance and operations associate
to help manage the firm's growth.

Key responsibilities:

·       Financial and management reporting

·       Regulatory reporting

·       Sales operations

·       Transaction operations

·       HR and people management via the oversight of the university intern program

·       Improve and develop policies, procedures, standards and process maps

·       Support client agendas, reports, and materials for client discussions as needed

·       Support transaction comparables reporting

·       Support and lead special projects as needed

Qualifications

·       
Undergraduate degree + 5 years of relevant professional experience at a bank, asset manager, specialty financial services firm, law firm, accounting firm or similar
