Overview

AJR Marine Windows & Doors is a North American manufacturer with over 35 years of experience supplying high-quality aluminum windows and doors to leading boat builders across the continent. We are known for our craftsmanship, fast lead times, and commitment to quality.

We are currently seeking a Marine Door Builder to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum marine doors to specification
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders
  • Install hardware, glazing, seals, and finishes
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet AJR standards
  • Work collaboratively with the production and quality teams

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in building or manufacturing wood, aluminum or steel
  • Experience with Tig welding of aluminum or steal
  • Comfortable with small tools drills, router, and power saws
  • Ability to read detail measurements and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Experience with marine-grade materials an asset (but willing to train the right candidate)

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
