Sales Manager, Energy Storage Products (North America)

 Responsibilities

Responsible for market development and sales of energy storage products in North America, with customer groups including system integrators, equipment manufacturers, and battery companies. Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products (battery packs, and related structural components) and provide professional solutions to customers.Track North American energy storage market policies, trends, and competitive landscape, and formulate and implement sales strategies. Manage the entire sales cycle: customer development → technical/commercial communication → quotation and bidding → contract signing → delivery and after-sales support. Achieve annual sales targets, establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and promote long-term cooperation.
Collaborate across departments (product, R&D, supply chain, after-sales) to ensure successful project execution.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering or marketing;3-5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience, with preference for new energy, energy storage, battery, solar, or power electronics industries;Familiar with the North American energy storage market ecosystem; customer resources are a strong plus;Excellent English business communication, negotiation, and contract management skills;Results-oriented, with proven ability to independently develop markets and achieve sales targets;Willingness to travel frequently within North America;Flexible, strong communicator, highly adaptable, and able to work under pressure.


 Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large-scale energy storage project bidding and implementation;Familiarity with North American certifications and grid standards (e.g., UL, IEEE);Prior experience in multinational companies or international business environments.Location
  • Based in Canada (customers primarily in California and Texas);
  • Remote work possible, with regular business travel for customer visits
