Sales Manager, Energy Storage Products (North America)
Responsibilities
Responsible for market development and sales of energy storage products in North America, with customer groups including system integrators, equipment manufacturers, and battery companies. Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products (battery packs, and related structural components) and provide professional solutions to customers.Track North American energy storage market policies, trends, and competitive landscape, and formulate and implement sales strategies. Manage the entire sales cycle: customer development → technical/commercial communication → quotation and bidding → contract signing → delivery and after-sales support. Achieve annual sales targets, establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and promote long-term cooperation.Collaborate across departments (product, R&D, supply chain, after-sales) to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in Canada (customers primarily in California and Texas);
- Remote work possible, with regular business travel for customer visits
