Job Description of a Property Consultant

  • Advise clients on property investment decisions based on market trends and financial analysis.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections and surveys to obtain relevant data.
  • Promote properties through marketing and advertising to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts related to property transactions.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legal, tax, and regulatory frameworks affecting property markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and representation.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, legal counsel, and financial experts to facilitate transactions.
