The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support company objectives, product launches, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Communications—to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and website content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors as required.
  • Initiate brand positioning and messaging to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Liaise and maintain effective communication with institutional clients.
  • Lead ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
  • 2-5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in campaign management and execution.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Property Management Commercial Real Estate is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
