Toronto, Ontario, Canada endy Full time

Endy is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and monitoring national and international shipments, managing relationships with warehouses and carriers, and ensuring cost efficiency and performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining a seamless logistics operation while recommending and implementing solutions that prioritize customer experience and operational excellence.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is highly organized, meticulous, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You are a natural leader who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and integrity. Ultimately, you love Logistics and Operations as much as you love sleep

What you'll do:

  • Oversee Endy's logistics operations, including warehouse, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), couriers, and donation partners.
  • Monitor and measure warehouse performance (e.g., fulfillment, receiving, return processing) against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate inventory movements between warehouses, and manage costs, surcharges, and delivery timelines.
  • Address and resolve shipping issues directly with carriers, providing immediate fixes and long-term solutions for logistics challenges.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Logistics/Operations/Supply role, preferably in e-commerce (experience in transportation, distribution, warehousing, or operations is an asset)
  • Experience working with 3PLs and carriers
  • High proficiency in MS Excel; PowerBI knowledge is an asset
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity, high energy, and integrity in all professional interactions
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems (ideally SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (Ideally Wrike/Monday)

Why You'll Love Working At Endy

  • A people-first, purpose-driven culture
  • Generous vacation and wellness days
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Hybrid work model with a beautiful Toronto HQ
  • Employee discounts and perks—including the best sleep of your life
