  • Manage the diary for appointments and host engaging show-rounds that bring the Rudding Park experience to life.
  • Create fresh ideas and campaigns to attract new members across Spa, Golf, and Holiday Park.
  • Work closely with Marketing to produce and manage marketing materials - from newsletters, to website pages, to our member's apps.
  • Handle renewals across all membership categories, ensuring the process feels seamless.

  • Spot new trends and develop exciting membership concepts that keep Rudding Park ahead of the curve.
  • Help organise and host memorable member events and experiences that add value and build community.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through follow-ups, referrals, and relationship building.

  • Proactively resolve any challenges and look for ways to make processes smoother.
  • Support a culture of "sales through service" - spotting ways to enhance both the guest experience and revenue.
  • Take special care of our VIP members, ensuring every interaction feels personal.
  • Monitor feedback through reviews, reports, and mystery visits to keep standards sky high.

General Expectations

  • Take responsibility for health and safety - for yourself, your colleagues, and our members.
