Radventures is a premium adventure travel company based in Banff, creating world-class experiences in the Canadian Rockies and expanding globally. Since 2020, we've earned 3,500+ five-star reviews, multiple awards, and the distinction of being the top-rated tour operator in the Rockies, possibly all of Canada.

We're ready to go to another level in 2026, and we need someone who can build the growth engine that makes it happen.
What You'll Own:
We've built exceptional experiences. Your job is to build the growth engine that gets them in front of the right people, converts them into guests, and turns them into lifelong advocates.
You'll own the entire D2C growth engine:
- Demand Generation
: Drive discovery and bookings for both day tours and multi-day adventures - The Conversion Ladder
: Transform day-tour guests into multi-day adventurers, and first-timers into lifelong customers - Strategic Independence
: Reduce OTA reliance by making booking directly with us the obvious first choice - The Growth Roadmap
: Balance quick wins with long-term, compounding growth - Team Building
: Hire, lead, and orchestrate a lean, high-impact growth team - Budget & Results
: Own the money and the outcomes, full stop - Performance Tracking
: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, report on results, and continuously optimize based on what's working - Data-Driven Growth
: Use analytics and market research to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and make informed decisions
You report directly to the Founder & CEO with the autonomy to make real decisions and the accountability to deliver real results.
What Success Looks Like:
Short-term
: Direct bookings surge, you've identified and doubled down on what drives real ROI
Mid-term
: You've built a customer lifecycle that turns first-timers into repeat adventurers, and your team is exceeding expectations
Long-term
: You've built a growth engine that compounds, guests refer friends, return for bigger trips, and Radventures becomes the obvious choice in transformative adventure travel
How You'll Work:
You're a strategic operator with hands-on execution chops.
- Set the strategy, design the systems, and roll up your sleeves when needed
- Test fast, learn faster, iterate constantly
- Work directly with the Founder as a strategic sparring partner on direction and priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and reservations to ensure growth strategies align with on-the-ground realities
- Spearhead a small, exceptional team (in-house and/or agencies)
- Stay grounded in what actually moves the needle, not vanity metrics
You'll have trust, resources, and room to experiment.
You're the Right Fit If You:
Are someone who has built D2C growth in travel, tourism, or experience-based businesses before
. If you haven't done this type of work, this isn't the right role for you.
Beyond that baseline, you're the right fit if you:
- Know how to move people up the commitment ladder
from browsers to bookers to believers - Understand operational reality
seasonality, capacity, margins, and how to grow sustainably - Think in systems, not tactics;

Base Salary
: Generous base salary, negotiable based on experience
