Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our team in Toronto. This role is ideal for professionals who are accurate, organized, and skilled at handling large volumes of data while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before inputting to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as requested by management.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in data analysis by generating relevant spreadsheets and charts.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
  • Identify and correct errors in existing data.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles (Toronto experience preferred).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with database management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
