Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Manager to support our sales team with day-to-day operations, customer communications, and marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with order processing, quotes, and customer follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing sales documents, proposals, and estimates
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Help track sales activities and generate basic reports
  • Perform general administrative and organizational tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
