Sales Manager – High-Performance Sales Culture Builder

About the Role

Our focus is building a high-trust, high-accountability sales culture where customers are guided toward the best solutions, not the cheapest ones.
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who has successfully:
- Led sales teams through change
- Raised average deal size and quality
- Shifted teams away from discount-driven selling
- Built confidence, discipline, and pride in selling value
Industry experience is not required.
Strong sales leadership experience is required.
What This Role Is Really About
This role is for someone who:
- Leads from the front, not the sidelines
- Is comfortable selling themselves and showing others how it's done
- Coaches in real time, not just in meetings
- Believes that selling well is a skill — not pressure
- Knows how to replace a "price-first" culture with a value-first mindset
You will be expected to demonstrate selling, coach live conversations, and hold the team to clear standards — calmly and professionally.

Who This Role Is For
