We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, sales execution, and process development. You will be responsible for managing and training sales representatives, improving sales systems, and helping drive new business through both in-person and phone-based sales.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, real-world sales experience, and the ability to build and refine processes that help a team perform at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and support a team of sales representatives
  • Lead by example through door-to-door sales and phone-based sales
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and scripts
  • Track sales activity, performance, and conversion metrics
  • Coach sales reps on communication, objection handling, and closing
  • Plan and assist with local sales campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Create and help manage social media content and advertising campaigns
  • Work with management to set sales targets and growth goals
  • Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and accountability
  • Coordinate lead distribution and follow-up systems
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and online

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales management or team leadership
  • Strong background in door-to-door sales and phone sales
  • Experience training, coaching, and managing sales staff
  • Understanding of sales systems, scripts, and performance tracking
  • Comfortable creating and managing social media content and ad campaigns
  • Valid G-class driver's license
  • Own reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Compensation

  • Pay: $22–$30 per hour (based on experience)
  • Commission and performance-based bonuses
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
