About the Role:
Reporting to the Property Management and Service teams, you'll be responsible for completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across our properties. - Caulking and sealing around plumbing fixtures
- Appliance installations (dishwashers, OTR microwaves)
- Window screen repair or replacement
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Complete scheduled and emergency work orders as assigned
- Maintain job site cleanliness — always leaving work areas tidier than when you arrived
- Accurately document work completed, time spent, and materials used
- Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants regarding repair timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in general building maintenance and repair
- Strong troubleshooting skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable using mobile work order systems or apps
- Own a set of basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
What We Provide:
- Company vehicle and work cellphone
- Competitive hourly wage
- Stable, full-time hours in a growing company
- Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth
Only applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
