Job Summary

Our luxurious spa in the heart of Whistler is now open and welcoming guests, and we are looking for a warm, polished, and service-driven Front Desk Concierge/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This key role supports both guest experience and daily spa operations, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, relaxing visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and check-ins/check-outs
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally
  • Process payments, memberships, and gift card transactions
  • Provide accurate information about spa services, promotions, and amenities
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and inventory checks
  • Assist with retail sales and maintain tidy front desk and lobby areas
  • Collaborate with therapists and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Encourage guests to explore additional treatments and retail offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional, warm, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Comfortable using booking or POS systems (spa software is an asset)
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
