Your Role:

As a Senior Personal Banker, you'll be a trusted specialist in banking and credit solutions, helping clients achieve their financial goals with confidence and clarity. You will:

  • Act as an expert in transaction banking and financing solutions.
  • Recommend tailored financing strategies such as mortgage loans, lines of credit, and all-in-one solutions.
  • Provide personalized support and ensure files are handled with precision and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with investment advisors to integrate banking services into holistic financial planning.
  • Maintain seamless communication and follow-ups to uphold our Advisor promise.
  • Drive business development through proactive outreach, meetings, and strategic follow-ups.

Your Team:

You'll be part of a dynamic group of over 25 specialists led by the Vice-President of NBF Banking Centres. Our team thrives on agility, collaboration, and innovation—always seeking new ways to enhance processes and stay ahead of the curve.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll work in a supportive environment that values diligence, care, and strategic thinking. We're committed to helping you succeed while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related field) and 6+ years of relevant banking experience (or a master's degree and 4+ years of experience).
  • Proven experience in business development and advisory services.
  • Strong knowledge of transaction and credit banking products.
  • Ability to work independently, build trust-based relationships, and collaborate effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (5% to 10%)
