Your Role

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Assess, treat, and consult with children and their caregivers
  • Develop individualized therapy plans to help children achieve meaningful daily goals
  • Coach caregivers in practical home strategies to build skills and confidence
  • Track progress and celebrate milestones to keep families motivated
  • Collaborate with external professionals to ensure coordinated care

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time or part-time
    , permanent roles available
  • Flexible hours within our clinic schedule (9am–6pm, Monday–Friday)
  • No weekend work
  • Work location: Unit C, 2232 Elgin Avenue, Port Coquitlam, BC

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:
    $60,000–$90,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time, based on experience)

What You Bring

We're looking for someone personable, collaborative, and creative — passionate about helping children thrive.

Requirements:

  • Masters in occupational therapy (or equivalent)
  • Registered and in good standing with COTBC
  • Clear Criminal Record Check

Preferred:

  • RASP-listed (or eligible)
  • 1–2 years of pediatric OT experience (new grads with pediatric experience welcome)
