General Manager (GM)

-Lead end-to-end kitchen operations: oversee daily prep, the crafting of authentic ramen and all menu items to our strict brand standards, inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control to ensure efficiency and profitability.

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, bridging kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to drive sales, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.

- Manage team recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for both kitchen and front-of-house staff.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations; conduct regular audits to maintain standards.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, address feedback promptly, and resolve any issues to ensure high satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the ownership team on business planning, marketing initiatives, and expansion goals.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role (preferably in a casual dining setting like ramen, sushi or noodle restaurant).

- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, team development, and revenue growth.

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
