We're looking for a positive, energetic, and experienced

Landscape Operator/Laborer (Hardscape & Excavation)

to work under the Site Foreman and help install high-quality landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paving stones (driveways, patios, paths)
  • Natural stone and rock work
  • Concrete and block retaining walls (including Allan Block systems)
  • Grade work and base prep
  • Turf and artificial turf
  • Gardens, planting, soil/mulch/gravel installs
  • Lawn/garden drainage and water features

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years' experience operating various types of equipment, such as excavators and skid steers, in landscape hardscape construction
  • Ability to interpret and work from landscape plans
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques (pavers, block walls, rock walls, grade work)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions (heat, rain, dust, noise, cold)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work nights as needed during winter snow removal operations

Winter Work:

Transformations

plays a major role in snow removal in and around Chilliwack, providing steady, full-time employment year-round. This role may include operating equipment like plow trucks, skid steers, and snow blowers, including occasional night work.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, permanent employment.
  • Pay: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour (CAD) (based on experience)
  • 4% vacation pay

  • Spring - Fall Monday - Thursday 10hr days
