Landscape Maintenance Foreperson

to lead maintenance crews, uphold quality standards, and support day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading by example, and working closely with crews and supervisors.

As a

Landscape Maintenance Foreperson

, you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations while working alongside your crew. You will ensure sites meet

quality standards while supporting productivity, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews
• Perform and oversee mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on all job sites
• Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions and crew needs
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly used and maintained
• Support winter snow removal operations as required

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 or more years of landscape maintenance experience, with leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a crew in the field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Valid driver's license (ability to tow a trailer is an asset)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
• Overtime may be available during peak seasons and winter operations

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, permanent employment.
• Pay: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour (CAD), based on experience
• 4% vacation pay
