About This Team
The Inbound Logistics team drives predictable, end-to-end logistics flows from global manufacturing locations to distribution and fulfillment centers through scalable operations, strong governance, and data-driven decision-making. The Inbound Logistics Optimization team partners cross-functionally to enable portfolio governance, process standardization, performance visibility, and financial stewardship while supporting execution of strategic initiatives. Together, the team ensures strategic inbound investments deliver measurable value and long-term operational resilience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support global inbound logistics initiatives and projects through data analysis, reporting, process development, and execution support, helping ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs to track project and program performance.
  • Maintain and govern Inbound Logistics SOPs, RACIs, and operational documentation to support standardization, audit readiness, and operational consistency.
  • Support business continuity initiatives by maintaining playbooks, escalation frameworks, and risk mitigation documentation.
  • Support CAPEX budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting in partnership with Finance and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and Operations partners to support inbound strategic initiative execution.
  • Champion best practices related to data standards, policies, procedures, and documentation across inbound logistics processes.

Qualifications

  • College or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, analytics, or project/ program support (retail, apparel or related industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Infor Nexus is considered an asset.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$88,200-115,800
annually
; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
