Your Purpose: Our Line Cooks are the heart of our kitchen team, with your dedication and consistency coming together to create exceptional food. Your role is essential in ensuring that our guests can count on the same delicious experience every time they visit.

What will you do?

  • Cook and assemble dishes, ensuring the quality and efficiency of each dish.
  • Coordinate with other line cooks to ensure that all components of an order are completed on time and correctly.
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet bill times.
  • Work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities and high demand.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards; monitor food cooking times to ensure quality of product.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked area, making sure all items are easily accessible for cooking.

What do you need?

  • A passion for cooking and fun, and be 19+ years of age with a minimum one-year culinary experience.
  • A strong understanding of basic culinary techniques, food safety, and knife skills.
  • A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
  • A dedication to understanding the Brewhouse menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • The ability to communicate effectively.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing kitchen needs and restaurant demands.
  • The ability to obtain FoodWise Certification.
  • The ability to fulfil the physical job requirements.
