Process and maintain daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completenessReview and allocate corporate credit card transactions to the appropriate accounts and accounting periodsPerform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when neededRecord and reconcile monthly revenue entriesSupport the month-end closeCollaborate with the Facilities Department to ensure transaction details and documentation are completeReview and approve employee benefit reimbursement requests in accordance with internal policyAssist in analytical review and investigation of monthly financial performance of CompanyFinance point of contact for all questions
