Job Overview

We are seeking a self-driven Sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through effective communication and with subprime background knowledge. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment while engaging with diverse customers.

Duties

  • Consultation & Sales: Greet customers, listen carefully to their needs, and effectively match them with the right vehicle from our extensive inventory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities
  • Driving business through cold calls, Facebook marketplace ext.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive car buying experience
  • Utilize effective communication skills, including phone etiquette, to assist customers both in-store and via phone when needed
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure all duties are completed promptly during shifts

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Knowledge of POS systems, DealerTrack, PBS and basic math skills
  • Previous experience with Sub-Prime clients
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
  • Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
