We are seeking an International Finance & Accounting Specialist based in Canada to support the financial operations of our subsidiaries. This role works closely with external accountants and local teams to ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Type: Full-Time | Salary + bonus + Benefits + Paid Time Off
Reports to: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bookkeeping by using SAP system.
- Coordinate tax compliance with external accountants, including payroll review, monthly filings, and annual corporate tax.
- Manage payments, vendor communication, and withholding tax certificates.
- Review third-party service fees and gather documentation to support revenue activities.
- Update local finance procedures and support financial reporting & ad-hoc requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- More than 3 years of finance & Accounting experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English &Chinese (Spanish is an asset).
