Programmer / Analyst (Level 2) – Microsoft Power Platform & Azure

Location: Ottawa, ON (Onsite)

Clearance: Secret (Required)

Employment Type: Contract

We are seeking a Level 2 Programmer/Analyst to support digital modernization initiatives for a federal government client. This role focuses on building, integrating, and enhancing Microsoft-based digital solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance SharePoint Online pages and site structures
  • Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to automate business processes
  • Build Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and executive insights
  • Gather and document technical and business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Integrate solutions across SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure services
  • Provide user documentation, training materials, and ongoing application support
  • Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve application issues and tickets

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Programmer/Analyst (within the last 10 years)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, identity, integrations)
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online
  • Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
  • Secret security clearance (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $500.00-$600.00 per day
